At CrossFit Embrace, we have one goal. We want to make you a better athlete and a better individual through the sport of fitness. Everything we do is geared toward providing you with the atmosphere, equipment, instruction, camaraderie, and motivation to become greater today than you were yesterday. We will help you break through mental and physical barriers to accomplish things that you once were afraid to even attempt.
FOUNDATIONS
Foundations Beginners Course Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 5:30pm for 3 total sessions
Foundations Beginners Course is for anyone looking to get started at CrossFit Embrace. The classes last about one hour for a total of 3 sessions. Our trained coaches will spend time teaching you the basics of CrossFit while also providing you a workout. This is a chance to learn all of the movements before entering the CrossFit classes. Foundations is required before you can begin classes at CrossFit Embrace. Each foundations class will build on the next with the intensity increasing as you go. CrossFit Kids is geared for children from ages 5-10 years old. Certified CrossFit Kids instructor Keisha Brazell works on the foundational aspects of CrossFit, health, fitness, and fun with each group.
